8:30 - 9:00 am - Presentation by Dr. Steven Stanos

9:00 - 9:20 am - Chicago Chapter Closed Annual Meeting
As our By Laws require our Chapter Annual Meeting to be a closed meeting, we would ask our Affiliate members to kindly convene in the adjacent cafeteria for a short 15-20 minute break, until the Annual Meeting is adjourned.

9:20 - 10:00 am - Tours of the Rehabilitation Institute

Parking Instructions: There are two parking garages located in the immediate area. The first is 321 East Erie and the other is 222 East Huron. We will distribute discount vouchers to those individuals that use the garage parking, and the cost with the voucher is $10.00.
