Robert Jacobs has represented policyholders in a wide array of insurance coverage disputes arising from such things as product liabilities, environmental property damage, wrongful death, first-party property loss, business interruption, contingent business interruption, advertising liability, professional liability, securities claims and various other directors and officers-related liabilities. Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience assisting policyholders in enforcing their rights to coverage under most commercial insurance products.


Andrew Reidy
Andrew Reidy, Partner, Howrey LLP
Andrew Reidy is a Partner in Howrey LLP’s Insurance Recovery Group. For more than 20 years, he has represented financial institutions and other policyholders in disputes against insurance companies under a wide variety of insurance policies, including directors and officers insurance policies, commercial liability policies, errors and omissions policies, crime policies, and financial institution bonds. He has written about how to maximize an insurance recovery for subprime liabilities and has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage disputes.


Faten Sabry
Dr. Faten Sabry, Vice President, NERA Economic Consulting
Dr. Faten Sabry directs projects in the areas of securities and complex damages disputes. This work includes both advisory engagements and litigation support in cases that culminated in trials or bankruptcy hearings. Dr. Sabry's work in the area of securities includes valuation of the performance of loan portfolios, analysis of the value of securitization, prediction loss models, market efficiency, mutual funds fees and estimation of alleged insider trading damages. Dr. Sabry received her Ph.D. from Stanford Business School, where she was awarded the J.M. Olin Graduate Fellowship, the Graduate School of Business Fellowship, and a Ford Foundation Fellowship.
