These Learning Resources are intended to develop a common understanding of the Guidelines for Performance Expectations and improve communication between Clients and industry partners.

This page of the Guidelines for Performance Expectations sets forth the instructions for using the Guidelines as a navigational tool in preparation for negotiations and development of Performance Expectations Agreements with industry partners.                   

ImageB. Expanded Version of the Quality Toolkit
The first version of the Quality Toolkit focused on communication for “less than favorable” situations. The new expanded version will start earlier in the communication process, beginning with the initial communication to set expectations among all parties.

Similar to the RIMS Annual Conference sessions, Tools for Performance and Open Communication and Implementing the RIMS QIP at Your Company, these programs can be presented by arrangement through the RIMS Quality Advisory Council.
